My client based in Northumberland is requiring a Personal Assistant/Administrator to join their team with immediate effect due to business expansion. You will be required to liaise closely with Principle Partners as well as Financial Advisers. Responsible for all office based administration Database entries Chasing outstanding applications ordering illustrations Completing application forms Dealing with specialised investment products on a daily basis Working to tight deadlines Producing client invoicing Managing daily software backup Providing PA duties to principle advisers and group IFA's Dealing with policy documents Liaising with clients via telephone, email and potentially face-to-face Processing and scanning postal documents Confirming appointments typing up minutes of meetings Another other ad hoc duties The ideal candidate must be well motivated, with excellent organisational skills and a good eye for detail. Holding an ability to work well under pressure and with limited supervision however team work is also vital. You must be proficient with MS packages - i.e. Word/Excel/Outlook/Power Point, hold a good telephone manner, and have experience of working within an administration or PA enviroment. It is vital that the right candidate has worked within the Financial Services industry, and it would be desirable for the successful candidate to be working towards, if not already financial services qualifications such as, CF1,CF2,CF3,RO1 etc. If you feel you hold relevant experience and skills, please send a copy of your CV to gemma.hattan@office-angels.com
