Are you ready for a New Challenge?? Celsain Education works along side a secure facility for mentally disordered young offenders and young people who present risk of harm to themselves and/or others. Commencing in September 2012 a requirement has opened up for a passionate QTS Maths Teacher who has the ability to build relationships and deliver consistently in this rewarding environment. Due to the challenging nature of this position the ideal candidate would have strong classroom management and be passionate about fulfilling student's full educational potential. Knowledge of 'Team Teach' would also be preferable. Located in north of Newcastle, the unit is easily accessible by car or public transport. The post is initially for a term but could be extended for the right candidate with the right attitude. Previous experience working within a SEN setting is also desirable, but consideration will be given to candidates who show the desire and commitment to make a difference in these young peoples education.
